About the event
Tactical Fitness has teamed up with Safe Paws Iowa to bring you Puppy Yoga! Safe Paws will be bringing some furry puppy friends to play with you as you do your Swear-y yoga. This is NOT an adoption event. Just a fun way to enjoy and socialize with some adorable puppies. Seats are limited to 15 students, if class fills we may be able to offer a second session. Please bring your own matt or towel to practice on. Keep in mind these are puppies. And puppies going to puppy (accidents, nibbles, etc).
Class cost is $20. Punch card holders may use one punch, and include a $5 donation to Safe Paws. This is an 18+ class.
